These terms apply to all U.S. orders. By placing an order on optrixs.com, you agree to the following terms.
Product Usage Guidelines
Our cameras are made with durable materials and tested for quality, but they are not indestructible. Please use all products according to the manuals, warnings, and recommended installation guidelines.
Important Notes
Measurement / Compatibility Confirmation:
Please verify product dimensions, technical compatibility, WiFi requirements, and device specifications before purchasing. Returns for size, compatibility mistakes, or misunderstanding of features will not be accepted. If you have questions before buying, contact us at help@optrixs.com.
Functionality Claims:
Returns will not be accepted based on performance expectations outside of the product description, listed specifications, or FAQs on optrixs.com.
Pre-approval Required:
Returns sent without authorization will be rejected or disposed of.
30-Day Return Policy
To start a return, you must meet the following requirements:
Eligibility:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or not functioning as expected. For software or technical issues, notify us within 14 days. Misunderstanding promotions or discounts does not qualify for a return.
Condition Requirements:
Product must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Must include all accessories, cables, manuals, and proof of purchase. No returns for cameras that are scratched, opened, installed incorrectly, or damaged from misuse.
Missing Box = Missing Refund:
Returns without original box and packaging do not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not provide return labels unless authorized.
Restocking Fee:
A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and handling.
Inspection Fees:
If cameras or accessories are scratched, missing pieces, incomplete, or different from the proof provided by the customer, a 25% fee will be deducted as the first penalty. If more than one issue is found, an additional 20% per penalty will apply. We reserve the right to determine final condition after inspection.
Time Limit:
Products must arrive at our return location within 30 days of delivery. Items received after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Return Process:
Email help@optrixs.com with subject: “RETURN + ORDER NUMBER”. Include photos or video of the issue. After approval, we will send return instructions.
Return Form Requirement:
All returns require a return form that we will provide. Returns without the form will receive a 25% deduction from the refund.
Shipping Deadline:
Once your return is approved, you must ship the product back within 3 days and send tracking information. Delays may cause rejection of the return.
Refund Processing
Returns must follow all conditions above. Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after inspection, minus any applicable fees. Shipping costs and warranty are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
If you purchased or received the Optrixs 1-Year Warranty, you may request a replacement for manufacturer defects or internal issues.
Conditions:

Must notify us within 3 days of arrival issues or 14 days for technical issues.

Replacement claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Cameras must not be physically damaged due to misuse, weather exposure, improper installation, or accidents.
Shipping for Replacements:

If reported within 24 hours of delivery and confirmed defective, we cover replacement shipping.

After 24 hours, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Optrixs 1-Year Warranty
Covers manufacturer defects, internal component failures, and software malfunctions.
Does not cover scratches, physical damage, impact damage, water damage due to misuse, or lost/stolen items.
Warranty is valid for one replacement. Once a product has been replaced under warranty, it is no longer eligible for another replacement.
Water Damage Policy
Our products are water-resistant when used correctly. Seawater, submersion, or misuse are not covered.
If a product is water-damaged and reported within 15 days, customers may choose:

50% refund after returning the damaged unit
Customers with the Optrixs 1-Year Warranty are fully covered for water damage as long as usage followed product guidelines.
BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) Policy

All BOGO orders are final sale.

Free items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for factory defects.

Warranty applies to only one unit.

Discount codes cannot be used on BOGO promotions.
Bundle / Family Packs

Final sale, no refunds.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Shipping Issues
You may request a change or cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Optrixs is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If insured shipping was not purchased, lost or delayed packages must be disputed directly with USPS or the carrier.
Once USPS confirms missing mail, we can assist.
