This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from optrixs.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing time may be longer.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Once shipped, average delivery time within the United States is:
3–5 business days
Total estimated arrival time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time (3–5 business days).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or operational issues outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the USPS system.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure.
Optrixs is not responsible for:
– wrong or incomplete addresses
– missing apartment or unit numbers
– failed deliveries caused by incorrect information
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers must pay a reshipment fee.
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once USPS receives the package, they are responsible for delivery.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
– check with neighbors or building management
– verify the correct address
– contact USPS directly to open a case
If you did not purchase insured shipping, any lost or stolen package must be resolved directly with USPS.
If insured shipping was purchased, we will assist in issuing a replacement based on USPS investigation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may request a return after receiving the item, according to our Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
– contact help@optrixs.com within 3 days of delivery
– include photos or video of the issue
– we will review your claim and provide a resolution
Claims submitted after 3 days will not qualify for free replacement shipping.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, customers agree to:
– provide accurate shipping information
– monitor tracking updates
– contact USPS or our support team if delivery issues occur
Failure to respond to USPS delivery attempts or notices may result in package returns or additional fees.
